GMA 1 Joint Planning Committee | Meetings

All meetings of the Groundwater Management Area 1 are publicly posted and open to the public pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act and Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) rules. 

At least one regular meeting of the GMA 1 is held annually. Meeting times and locations are set to facilitate participation of the planning group members and the public in the regional flood planning process. All materials presented or discussed at meetings of the Groundwater Management Area 1 are made available for public inspection prior to and following any meeting of the GMA 1. Meeting materials are accompanied with available presentations made by INTERA, technical consultant for the GMA 1.
